Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, subject to product availability and payment verification.

Delivery Methods:

We offer local delivery, covering Rhondda Cynon Taff, Caerphilly, Cardiff, Bridgend, Merthyr Tydfil.

Local delivery fees are determined by distance and will be calculated at checkout.

Unfortunately, we are not currently offering National Delivery by Courier for all products. Please check the product’s description to confirm whether Nationwide shipping is available for that product.

Delivery Timeframes:

Local deliveries are scheduled based on availability and will be communicated with the customer.

Where nationwide shipping is available, delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.

Delivery Confirmation:

For local deliveries, we can send a confirmation once the order has been successfully delivered. This must be requested at the checkout process.

For products available for nationwide shipping, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.

Undelivered Items:
-
For any items that are unable to be delivered (i.e. the recipient is not at home to receive the delivery) in the first instance, we will attempt to deliver to a neighbour. In this instance, we will then post a ‘Sorry we missed you’ card through the recipient’s letterbox to inform them who we have left their delivery with. In the second instance, if no neighbours are in, or no neighbours available, we will assess the location of the recipient’s property to see if there is a suitable porch or covered area to leave the delivery, safely. A picture will be taken of the location of the delivery should any issues arise. We will also post a ‘Sorry we missed you’ card to inform the recipient of the delivery location. If you would prefer us not to attempt delivery at a neighbour/leave the item in safe place, please outline this during the checkout process. (Please note, once we have left the delivery with a neighbour or in a safe location, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or theft which may occur after delivery.) In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver to a neighbour or leave in a safe place, the item will then return to Milddail, where we will contact you, the customer, to arrange a second delivery attempt. This will incur a second delivery charge, which will need to be paid before the second delivery can be attempted. Collection will also be an option if preferred.

We take pride in the quality of our floral arrangements. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to quality issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photos, and we will assess the situation promptly.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately to process the cancellation.

Refund Process:

Refunds for quality-related issues will be processed within 3-5 business days once the issue is confirmed.

Cancellations made within the specified timeframe will be refunded promptly.

Return Eligibility:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns for reasons other than quality issues cannot be accepted.

If an incorrect item was delivered, we will arrange for a replacement or offer a refund.
